For access, correction or other privacy requests, include the email address you used to sign up so we can locate and verify the relevant record. Where the GDPR applies, we aim to respond within one month, subject to the extensions and exceptions allowed by law.

Please don’t send passwords, recovery phrases, sensitive documents, identity documents or private vault contents through email.

Digital Keep is in development. We welcome thoughtful questions and feedback, but cannot promise a launch date. Statutory response periods for valid privacy requests are handled separately from general enquiries.
