This notice describes the early-access waitlist website. It does not cover a launched Digital Keep vault service.

Draft notice: the operator’s legal identity, address and final retention schedule still need to be completed before public promotion.

What the form collects

We collect your email address, optional first name, signup time and consent to receive early-access updates. If your link includes campaign parameters, we also save its source, campaign and medium to understand how people discover Digital Keep.

Why we collect it

These details are used to maintain the waitlist and contact you about early access. Joining does not create a vault account. Please do not submit passwords, documents, recovery phrases or other sensitive information through this website.

Storage and website operation

The site is designed to run on Vercel, with waitlist entries stored in a dedicated Cloudflare D1 database. These providers process technical request data to operate their services. The form uses a keyed hash of your IP address for rate limiting; the waitlist database does not store your raw IP address. Expired rate-limit entries are cleaned up during subsequent signups.

Analytics and cookies

This build does not include an advertising or analytics vendor or set analytics cookies. It emits local browser events for page visits and form interactions, without email addresses or names. No separate analytics collection is configured.

Your choices

Providing your first name is optional. You can withdraw your interest, request a copy or correction of your waitlist details, or ask for deletion by contacting contact@digital-keep.com. These requests are handled manually. The final operating notice must specify the responsible operator and a concrete retention period.
